The ideal candidate will manage therapy plans and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes in a supportive and dynamic environment. Evaluate and diagnose lymphedema in patients, forming effective, individualized treatment plans. Perform manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, and instruct on skin and nail care to prevent complications. Educate patients and families on lymphedema management techniques and self-care strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain patient records and document therapy progress. Adapt treatment plans as necessary in response to patient progress and feedback. Expertise in manual lymph drainage Proficiency in using compression bandaging techniques Strong communication and educational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of lymphedema-related skin care Medical Insurance Life Insurance Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification preferred
