to apply for the position of Respiratory Therapist PEDS NICU CRT,
specializing in pediatric and neonatal care. This critical role
focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating infants with
respiratory dysfunctions within our state-of-the-art NICU
facilities. As a member of our esteemed team, you will play an
essential part in our mission to improve human life by providing
expert respiratory care to our youngest patients. Assess, diagnose,
and manage respiratory conditions in newborns and infants. Operate
and maintain various types of respiratory care equipment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement
comprehensive treatment plans. Monitor patient responses to
therapies and modify plans as necessary. Educate families on the
care and management of respiratory conditions. Ensure adherence to
safety standards and procedures. Proficiency in the use of
respiratory care equipment, particularly those used in NICU
settings. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a high-stress environment. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required. Active state
license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. Neonatal Resuscitation
Program (NRP) certification.
