Base salary annual bonus CNMs take first call , with OB/GYNs
providing backup Manageable call schedule with more days off than
traditional practices Integrated care teams including LCSWs,
lactation, education, and specialists Tech-enabled practice with

quality, outcomes, and sustainability About the Role Provide
full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care across the lifespan Perform
gynecologic surgery in-office and at Texas Health Presbyterian
Hospital Allen Serve scheduled 24-hour call shifts as backup to
in-house CNMs (CNMs are onsite 24/7) Collaborate closely with an
interdisciplinary care team Participate in quality improvement

Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN Licensed or eligible
