JOB DUTIES .Wears floor savers in clients home and maintains a clean work area while performing a repair or scheduled service . .ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates callbacks after the job is finished .explains services performed to the client before and after to ensure client satisfaction with all work. .Conveys a safety-conscious attitude ,both on the job and while driving .Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles Benefits .401K .Health Insurance .Vacation Pay and personal time off .Holiday Pay .Flexible work schedule .Service Techs take vehicles home .First Friday of every month lunch is provide and cooked by the management team .Annual Christmas parties and family events twice a year Requirements .3- 5 years of residential replacement and Installation .pass drug test .pass background check .clean driving record Compensation- 75,000-100,000 a year hrl plus commision .
