Job Description Job Description Title : Medical Assistant Speciality: Oncology Location : Flower Mound, TX 75028 (Monday, Wednesday-Friday) Lewisville, TX 75056 (Tuesday) Schedule : Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm Compensation: 21-26/hr (based on experience) Responsibilities: Support physicians in managing 20-25 patients per day in a busy clinical environment Assist with telehealth visits and related patient coordination Room patients and prepare exam rooms for provider visits Work closely with registered nurses and physicians to deliver high-quality patient care Follow physician orders and clinical protocols accurately Retrieve and organize imaging and laboratory results Respond to patient messages and communications in a timely and professional manner Navigate multiple electronic systems and electronic health records efficiently Qualifications: At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience Active Medical Assistant Certification Strong technical skills For California Applicants: We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO) , and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA).
