Job Description:

work alongside seasoned professionals in supportive and
well-equipped facilities. This position requires an understanding
of patient care activities under the direct supervision of licensed
physical therapy and rehabilitation staff. You will assist in
carrying out treatment plans, provide direct patient care, and
ensure the comfort and safety of patients at our clinics and
hospitals. Assist physical therapists in the preparation for
upcoming therapy sessions according to patient needs. Operate and
maintain therapy equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor patient
responses to rehabilitation treatments and report results to
supervising therapist. Educate and guide patients on proper
techniques for mobility and pain management. Maintain a clean and
organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance. Help in
documentation of patient records and therapy outcomes. Proficiency
in using rehabilitation equipment and technology. Strong
understanding of therapy and rehabilitation principles. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to handle
multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Basic
life support or CPR certification. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a
Rehab Technician is a plus. CPR certification is required.
