Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Therapist Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our San Antonio, TX team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes. Qualifications: Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas. Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy. Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. A demonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-based clinical setting. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive starting salary starting at $57,500-$65,000 and is based on the candidate’s licensure and professional experience. $2,500 Signing Bonus.
