Job Description MMC Group is Hiring for Customer Service
Representatives- Arlington, TX About our client: Our client is a
wholesale importer that has been in business over 30 years. Their
selection of products includes Christmas, Fall, Halloween, Spring
and Easter merchandise, as well as garden and floral accents. Each
season, customers are provided with a new array of items to choose
from, with hundreds of new designs, in coordinating themes. With
showroom locations to include: Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas, our
client has expressed the need for a Customer Service Representative
to join the team. Position Functions: The Customer Service
Representative is responsible for maintaining a high level of
professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive
rapport with every caller. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers incoming customer calls regarding product inquiries,
pricing, ship dates, returns/damages, new/existing orders, and
general customer concerns. Responds to customers and web e-mails.
Processes damage claims and returns. Makes outbound calls to
customers. Places orders for customers. Partners with other
departments to resolve customer related concerns. Update's customer
information in the customer service database during and after each
call. Supports the showroom order desk during market shows.
Skills/Experience Requirements: 2-5 years' experience in a Customer
Service role or call center environment. Previous accounts
experience in a retail or wholesale environment is a plus. Home
decor or related industry experience is a plus but not necessary.
Must have solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. Organized,
detail oriented and exceptional follow-up skills. Ability to
multitask and work under pressure. Ability to work in a team
environment. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and
in writing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Pay
: $18 hr Hours: Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm. If you
