Safely operate a tractor-trailer, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure functional safety. Comply with all DOT regulations and driving laws during operations. Maintain logs of your working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, adhering to state and federal regulations. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, keeping communication lines open for any route changes or delivery instructions. Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing paperwork and ensuring cargo integrity. Manage unforeseen circumstances on the road efficiently, ensuring timely reporting and minimization of delays. Proficient in operating a commercial heavy vehicle. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal communication. Ability to manage stress and make critical decisions under pressure. Knowledge of electronic log devices (ELD). Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A). Must have a clean driving record. DOT medical card.
