  • Work location: address is based out of 612 E. Lamar, Arlington, TX 76011 and will float to a minimum of 3 hospitals.
  • Work environment: Texas Health Resources Central Staffing-an internal staffing agency-is currently in search of a Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit Full-time Registered Nurse. This Full-time position will work varying shifts. Must have flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex to a minimum of three (3) or more hospitals. At least one (1) holiday worked per year.
  • Work hours: Full Time varying shift (mostly nights) weekday, weekend, and holiday
  • Salary rate: $41.00/hr.
  • Sign on Bonus $10k for Eligible New Hires Qualifications
    • Associate's degree in Nursing required;
    • BSN preferred; Completion of BSN preferred
    • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
    • BCLS (AHA) upon hire - expiration date greater than 3 month preferredACLS (AHA) upon hire or within 30 days prior to clinical work performedCPI training within 60 days of hireNIHSS upon hire or within 30 days prior to clinical work performed Additional certifications such as ENPS pr PALS may be required
      • 3 Years Experience, with one year in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry within the last three years In addition to the required qualifications, a successful RN will
        • demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
        • maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude toward patients.
        • possess a strong work ethic and always display a high level of professionalism.
        • have basic computer skills using Medical management application systems.
