Accel Therapies is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support
employee relations, compliance, payroll oversight, and the overall
employee experience. This role is people-facing and decision-heavy
, serving as a trusted partner to managers and employees while
helping guide HR processes and initiatives across the organization.
You’ll work closely with HR leadership and operations partners to
ensure a compliant, consistent, and engaging workplace. Key
Responsibilities Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and
managers Provide guidance on policy interpretation, performance
concerns, and workplace issues Support employee relations matters
and investigations, escalating when appropriate Interpret and apply
federal, state, and local employment laws Partner with HR
Operations on compliance execution and audit readiness Own or
support payroll processes and reviews (final ownership based on
team structure) Support onboarding, training initiatives, and
employee lifecycle processes Contribute to employee engagement
programs, surveys, and action planning Lead or support HR projects,
process improvements, and change initiatives Qualifications 3–5
years of experience in an HR Generalist or People Operations role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field (or equivalent experience) Strong working knowledge
of HR compliance and employment law Experience supporting payroll
processes and employee relations Excellent communication, judgment,
and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate Profile Comfortable
