Job Description Job Description Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) - Independent Pharmacy | Fort Worth, TX Full-Time | $58-$61/hr Annual Bonus | No Sundays We are hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a well-established independent community pharmacy located in Fort Worth, TX (Ridglea area). This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys patient relationships, strong team support, and leading day-to-day pharmacy operations. Benefits • Annual performance bonus (based on store financial performance) • Health, Dental, Vision • 401(k) • Paid vacation holiday pay • Short-term disability • License renewal paid • Pharmacist Letter CE subscription paid Schedule • Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM • Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM • Sunday: Closed Typical schedule includes: • Wednesday off • Works every other Saturday Responsibilities • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently • Provide patient counseling and drug information • Ensure medication safety and final verification • Support pharmacy workflow, compliance, and quality • Manage inventory and pharmacy profitability metrics (margin, reimbursement, shrink) Requirements • Active Texas Pharmacist license (required) • PharmD or BS Pharmacy • Strong community/retail pharmacy experience • Immunization certification preferred (can be completed after hire) Company Description W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
