Job Description:
Overview This team is responsible for creating and maintaining
the cloud provisioning framework for TIBCO WebFOCUS Container
Edtion. DevOps team works closely with WebFOCUS Development team as
well as Supports, pre-sales and Product management to deliver what
our cloud clusters are asking. This team runs and maintains CI/CD
pipelines to run various acceptance tests before we release the
container edition. Technology/tool set mainy we use are :
Jenkins,Terraform and Ansible - programming language suche as
Python,Bash scripting . We use and interact with managed kubernetes
on all cloud platforms. All deployments to kubernetes are managed
by Helm charts and Helmfile. Responsibilities To develop, deploy
and debug applications using docker, Kubernetes. To develop
scripting using python and bash. Work in an agile environment to
deliver high-quality software. Work independently or in teams of
different sizes to update or build new features. Work
collaboratively with the software engineering team to deploy and
operate systems. Maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and
operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test,
and production environments. Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree
in Computer Science or similar field Knowledge of Linux
administration and networking is a must. Knowledge of Docker and
Nginx web servers is good to have.
