Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document project
requirements
Design and develop queries, widgets, reports, and dashboards
Develop and deliver customer training and collaborate with sales
team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field with 6+
years of relevant experience
Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform and administering
a ServiceNow instance
Knowledge of ITIL process framework and Scrum/agile development
principles
Strong ServiceNow implementation experience across IT and Business
process support modules
Certifications required at time of hire: Certified System
Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist
(CIS)
