Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst
Manager to join our team in Plano, TX. We are looking for a dynamic
First Line Manager to lead our Data Integration team with a focus
on our government business. The ideal candidate will oversee the
procurement analysts, ensuring effective metric development,
automation, report creation, and data insights. This role requires
strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of data processes,
and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive
business objectives. Position Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a
team of procurement analysts, fostering a collaborative and
high-performance work environment. Set clear goals and expectations
for team members, providing regular feedback and performance
evaluations. Facilitate professional development opportunities for
team members to enhance their skills and career growth. Develop and
implement strategies for metric development, automation, and
reporting that align with business objectives. Ensure the team
maintains consistent metric and data definitions across the
organization. Collaborate with senior management to align team
goals with broader organizational strategies. Oversee the analysis
of source data and the definition of data mapping specifications.
Ensure documentation of data sources and definitions by business
unit is accurate and up-to-date. Guide the design and
implementation of data transformation processes to maintain data
quality and integrity. Establish and monitor data quality checks
and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of
integrated data. Collaborate with data owners to identify and
resolve data quality issues. Ensure metrics are validated against
raw data from source systems. Drive the utilization of analytic
platforms like Tableau and Power BI for automated metrics and
dashboards. Ensure the development of key business metrics with
consistent definitions across the organization. Collaborate with
stakeholders to ensure metrics align with business objectives and
reporting standards. Build strong relationships with director
analysts, data architects, IT, and other stakeholders to understand
data requirements and integration needs. Communicate effectively
with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate
understanding and collaboration. Act as a liaison between the Data
Integration team and other business units to ensure alignment and
support. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in
data integration and procurement. Propose and implement
improvements to existing data integration processes and team
operations. Monitor team performance and implement changes as
necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additional
Qualifications/Responsibilities Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree or higher in data science,
accounting, finance, business management, information systems,
general business or equivalent 5 years of experience in data
analysis, trending, and reporting 3 years of experience utilizing
data visualization tools including excel and/or Tableau 1 years of
experience in a leadership role leading various teams, initiatives,
or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving
abilities Familiarity with SQL and data integration tools
Experience in project management and process improvement
