Job Description Job Description Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense / Liability (Dallas, TX) Dallas law firm clients are consistently hiring Insurance Defense and Liability Associates to support growing caseloads. Role Overview Manage cases involving general liability, premises liability, auto, and related matters Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions as experience allows Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Qualifications 1–6 years of insurance defense or litigation experience Texas bar admission required Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently Strong communication and organizational skills Benefits Predictable workflow and clear expectations Competitive salary with bonus opportunities Hybrid options available at many firms Strong training for early- and mid-level associates Base Salary Range: $105,000 – $155,000 , depending on experience, caseload, and firm structure.
