Job Description:
Fidelity Investments is searching for a dynamic Vice President,
Associate General Counsel to join our Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Associate General Counsel, you will play a critical role in
providing high-stakes legal counsel and strategic guidance to our
senior management on complex securities laws and regulatory
compliance issues. Your responsibilities will include developing
and implementing policies to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements, overseeing internal investigations, and representing
the company in legal proceedings. A successful candidate will bring
over 10 years of experience in a legal or compliance role within
the financial services industry, hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree,
and demonstrate a strong mastery of securities laws and regulatory
frameworks. You will also be expected to exhibit exemplary
leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with

effective resolution of compliance-related incidents or violations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all
departments operate within the legal frameworks and compliance
guidelines. Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise
with external regulators and legal bodies. In-depth knowledge of
securities laws and regulatory frameworks. Strong leadership and
strategic thinking skills. Excellent negotiation and communication
abilities. Proficient in risk assessment and management. Ability to
work well under pressure and make sound judgments. Medical
