Dallas | Hybrid AmLaw 10 firm seeking an Antitrust Associate Attorney to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Dallas. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–7 years of experience handling sophisticated antitrust matters, including merger review, government investigations, and complex antitrust litigation. Candidates should be comfortable working on high-stakes, high-profile matters within a nationally recognized antitrust platform. The Role • Advise clients on antitrust and competition law issues • Support merger clearance matters and regulatory filings • Assist with government investigations and enforcement actions • Draft briefs, motions, and advocacy materials in complex antitrust litigation • Work on high-value, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters Ideal Background • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school • 3–7 years of antitrust, competition, or related litigation experience • Experience with merger review, investigations, or complex antitrust litigation preferred • Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills • Top academic credentials • Ability to manage multiple high-level matters simultaneously • Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission Why This Opportunity • AmLaw 10 elite antitrust platform • Exposure to high-profile and complex competition matters • Sophisticated client base and national practice reach • Hybrid flexibility in Dallas • Market-leading compensation Compensation: $260,000–$410,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Confidential Inquiries Additional details available in a confidential discussion.
