Temp Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate – 3rd Shift Location: Bonham, TX RPM Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 3rd shift warehouse position in Bonham, TX. Training Required: Must train on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for approximately 2 weeks or until processes are learned. Shift: - Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Pay: - $15.50/hr during 1st shift training - $16.50/hr once moved to 3rd shift Job Summary Responsible for maintaining the quality of extruded products and packaging while supporting production operations. Key Responsibilities - Operate and monitor reeler equipment (manual & auto) - Inspect product quality, print, footage, and markings - Cut, cap, and secure conduit and reels - Assist with line start-ups and reel changes - Maintain clean, organized work area - Grind and stack scrap material - Complete required production paperwork - Follow all safety and company guidelines - Perform other duties as assigned Benefits - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Health, Dental & Vision Insurance - Holiday Pay - And more!
