Our Med Surg Ortho Trauma Floor provides care to a unique group
of highly acute patients including Traumatic accidents and Ortho
Trauma. Our fast paced 32 bed unit is staffed with a team oriented
group of caring Nurses and clinical professionals. Our team enjoys
exceptional Management support, encouragement to get certifications
and opportunities for continued growth and advancement.
The Unit Supervisor of Med Surg Ortho Trauma assumes
responsibility for direction and coordination of all the functions
in the unit on his/her designated shifts. In collaboration with
other members of the management team, this individual is
responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient
care services provided in the unit.

* Current license in Texas as a Registered Nurse. Compact
license is accepted.
* 2 years clinical practice experience in the clinical specialty
of his/her unit.
* Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Health Care Provider CPR and ACLS required.
