The Production Manager will manage all areas of our repacking
facility and also be responsible for quality control procedures,
including compliance with FDA, HAACP, PTI and other food safety
labeling and traceability regulations, as well as, leadership in
the management of staff. The Production Manager coordinates reviews
and supervises the personnel and operations, to optimize
efficiency, ensure consistent throughput safety of the work
environment, and ultimately exceed customer expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for compliance with GMP, USDA, Food Safety and DOL
standards. Perform other duties assigned by General Manager and as
described under which include; safety meetings, repacking reports
and working in liaison with administration as needed.
Ensure compliance to FDA, HAACP and all other pertinent codes,
regulations and guidelines.
Selects, trains, and evaluates production staff. Establish
performance requirements and personal development targets;
regularly monitor performance and provide coaching for performance
Plans, schedules, and manages packing activities, ensuring
product and supplies are received, processed, warehoused and
distributed in an efficient manner.
Work to KPIs such as Delivery on Time, Order Error Rate, Pick
Order Rate, and other performance goals and objectives to achieve
customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality
Ensure a safe work environment for all FoodMaven team members,
as well as customers and tenants. Follow OSHA regulations and keep
up with regulation updates and trainings.
Coordinates and oversees the maintenance and repair of
equipment, such as packaging equipment, conveyors, compressors,

employee, and financial targets are met.
Responsible for the overall sanitation of repack area.
Provides day-to-day leadership and works with assigned staff to
ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work

Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or
technical school, or six months to one year related experience
and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and
