Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Collections Representative jobs in Arlington, TX. These Collections Representative jobs are temp to hire opportunities!Responsibilities for Collections Representative jobs include but are not limited to:* Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives* Place or receive calls in priority order as established by management* Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay* Navigate and interpret various screens and relay information to clients accurately and professionally* Determine cause of delinquency and best course of action to assist delinquent customerCandidates are recommended to have the following qualifications for Collections Representative jobs:* High School Diploma or GED* At least 6 months of experience as a collections agent* Previous auto or mortgage collections* Manual dial experience* Strong Negotiation skills* Experience working a set list of accounts and being held accountable for resultsBenefits:* Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week* Comprehensive benefits after 1 week - medical, dental, vision, options available* Skills Training* Generous Bonus Incentives offered for referrals!
