In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills, in-depth knowledge of company services, and compassion for others to build relationships with our customers. As a Customer Sales Representative, you are responsible for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction to increase sales and customer service. This is a great role for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.Responsibilities* Answer incoming phone calls, establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK-- services to capture all sales opportunities* Make recommendations according to customers needs on moving services, boxes, supplies, etc.* Educate potential customers to provide them with cost estimates* Obtain customer feedback through regular follow up calls, both during and after moves, to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints in a timely manner* Directly and accurately input information in to "Movers Who Care--" software to estimate moving costs for customers, as well as scheduling needs for movers, drivers and trucks* Continually maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK--; effectively oppose any customer objection* May participate in various marketing activities including networking, direct mail and charitable move coordinationBecause moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to sales, customer service, and exceeding customer expectations!Requirements* High school diploma or equivalent* A minimum of 1 year of sales, customer service, office and/or other relevant experience is required; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK-- and/or moving industry experience is preferred* Exceptional customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)* Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale* Good organizational and time management skills* Comfortable in a fast paced work environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities* Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively* Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
