Job Description:
Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for
someone to fill the position of a Mortgage Post-Closing Specialist
to work virtually in the U.S. only. JOB TYPE: Full-time ESSENTIAL
DUTIES: Prepare credit and legal documentation packages for
delivery to Correspondent investors. Receive and audit closing
packages for accuracy and completeness. Correspond with title
companies to obtain outstanding closing documentation. Ensure all
closed loan packages are delivered to the Investor by the expected
deadline. Clear all investor prefunding conditions in a timely
manner. Input data to investor delivery systems, insure data
integrity, reconcile and edit systems and/or delivery reports to
insure all errors are corrected prior to data transmission and/or
file delivery. Transmit and/or deliver file documents to investors.
Collect and follow-up with title companies and/or county recorders
offices to obtain final loan trailing documentation for delivery to
servicer/investors. Adhere to FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA and other
investor delivery manuals/guidelines and policies and procedures.
Prepare logs and update records as assigned. Adhere to corporate
guidelines, policies and procedures to insure operational soundness
within general areas of responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE:
Mortgage Post Closing: 2 years (Required) Mortgage: 2 years
(Preferred) Processing and Underwriting experience is a plus! JOB
REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS:
General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
