The Manager of Infusion Services is responsible to maintain
compliance and regulatory standards, ensure clinical integrity of
efficacy of infusion services, and ensure growth of the business
Duties & Responsibilities
- Is knowledgeable of regulations for infusion for each state
where services are provided. This includes identifying the states
in which infusion is delivered as home care or as a staffing
service, by contact or payor.
- Seeks new business and negotiates contracts for services.
- Maintains and updates infusion policies as necessary and in
keeping with best practices.
- Provides training as necessary to new staff on infusion
services and protocol.
- Updates all financial information to ensure service line is
profitable and participates in financial reporting.
- Answers clinical delivery questions as they arise and resolves
client and patient complaints.
- Manages Infusion Services Intake Coordinator.
- Explores new service delivery options to ensure clinical
practices remain current.

Education/ExperienceEducation: Graduate of a Baccalaureate
degree in nursing accredited by the National League of Nursing, or
other 4-year college degree, strongly preferred. Current
unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state
Experience: At least two years of current nursing experience as
an R.N. with a minimum of one year's experience in home health or
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to
carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability
to deal with problems and solve them.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time
position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some weekend or evening hours may be
necessary in emergency situations. Adherence to the Attendance,
Punctuality and Dependability Policy is an essential function of
the position for a variety of reasons.
TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day,
although some out-of-the-area and overnight will be expected.
