Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager
2 for Texas Christian University
located in Fort Worth, TX. This manager will
be responsible for food quality and safety and sanitation program
for the King Family Commons Building.
The King Family Commons
building is located within the Texas Christian University campus.
It houses 4 dining locations which include a burger concept,
allergen free restaurant, grab and go, and Starbucks branded
coffee. Looking for a manager with strong knowledge of culinary
production, menu planning and food control/inventory.
Successful candidate must have experience with engaging the staff
to create an environment of service pride to our students here in
the King Family Commons Building. Our Retail Manger
will need to have flexible schedule and ability to work on the
weekends and nights.

Ordering, Labor, Scheduling, and cost control
key HAACP protocol, and consistent one on one training with staff
Commons manages the campus Allergy Free Dining Facility as well as
on site food trucks.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - High School
