About this role Under the supervision of a U.S.-based Manager, with mentoring from peers, provide administrative and project support to assigned experts, leaders, and processes in order to maintain the practice efficiency and effectiveness. The environment is fast-paced and blends the combination of collaborative interactions and independent work. What you'll do: * Own a portfolio of executive networking events, which includes communicating with clients and admins, supporting internal stakeholders, and managing virtual and live event operations * Provide logistical support for meetings with internal stakeholders, as well as meetings with external clients * Work independently to compile data and create reports * Serve as knowledge expert for Gartner tools and applications * Provide administrative and professional best practice services and support to increase stakeholder effectiveness * Manage calendars & schedule activities for stakeholders * Assist with ad hoc project support and special duties as needed What you'll need: * Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates degree + work experience (3 + years) required * Proficiency with Microsoft applications (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills * Ability to multiple priority projects and tasks concurrently * Strong communication skills; candidate will work in a matrixed environment of stakeholders * Possessing a solid understanding and usage of databases, analysis tools, standard reporting tools is a plus * Experience in an extremely fast-paced work environment would be an advantage Who you are: * Collaborative - experienced providing service and collaborating with global colleagues * Organized - skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and working under tight deadlines and high volumes * Confident - able to make sound decisions on projects with minimal supervision * Detail oriented - skilled at recognizing and troubleshooting errors What we offer: * An upbeat, positive culture.
