Job Description$16 - $22+ per hour ($45,000 - $62,000 +
annually)
We are seeking professionals that desire a long-term career within
a Chick-fil-A franchisee or goals of joining Chick-fil-A Inc.
staff. This also includes the desire to become a Chick-fil-A
Operator yourself. This is a very hands on experience.
We will grow with you as you grow within our organization. Our hope
is that you grow into a Director role overseeing a large portion of
the business. We have a 1 year outline to help keep you growing
both professionally and personally. You will have the engagement
and direct coaching/meetings with your Operator throughout the
process.Requirements/ResponsibilitiesRequirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)• Minimum of a 1 year
commitment • Previous leadership experience• 50 hour work weeks•
Flexibility on schedule• Must be able to meet the physical demands
of the position, which includes, but is not limited to standing for
up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs• Demonstrate purpose,
excellence, relentlessness, generosity, and humility
Responsibilities (once developed into role can include):
• Becoming operationally proficient• Leading operations and shifts•
Leading, Developing, and training teams• Recruiting/Hiring •
Financial stewardship - including expenses and waste• Sales & Brand
