We have helped manystudents prepare for new career opportunities, assisting them throughtheir entire career training process; from exploring their careerinterests, through all the financial aid options, and the registrationprocess, to graduation and the beginning of their new career.JOB SUMMARY:The Admissions Representative is responsible for providing customerservice and information to prospective students that are interested inpursuing career education and training. This position is responsible forconductinginbound/outbound telephone calls to individuals that haveinquired about campus programs of study, meeting with prospectivestudents, answering questions, hosting campus tours, conductinginterviews, facilitatingstudentenrollments, and participating innew-student orientation. The Admissions Representative will routinelycommunicate with students throughout their educational experience.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Core Values Needed: Integrity, Customer Service, Innovation, and Growth

  • Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls, text, and e-mails;responding timely to all inquiries
  • Continually meet and or exceed performance expectations

  • Ability to generate student referrals within the framework of AncoraEducation\'s Code of Conduct
  • Share information with prospective students, within the framework ofAncora Education\'s Code of Conduct, state and federal accreditationguidelines
  • Schedule campus visits for prospective students, conduct campustours, and facilitate registrations
  • Follow-up with new students ensuring their positive transition tobeing an active student
  • Contribute to team initiatives and outcomes by Ancora Education\'sdemonstrated success in collaborating with diverse groups ofemployees and customers
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver consistent levels of energy and enthusiasm

      • Associate\'s degree in a related area from an academic institutionaccredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that isrecognized by the U.S. Department of Education
      • A track record of being successful in high-volume customer servicesetting
      • Experience with CampusVue and/orLead Squaresoftware.
      • Candidates with Military recruitment, high volume recruiting, callcenter experience (dialer, AUX, adherence) encouraged to apply.TYPICAL WORK HOURS:Monday through Thursday start times are between 8 - 11am, end times are6 - 8pm; Friday start times are between 8 - 9am, end times are between5 - 6pmSaturday and Sunday as needed.
