What you'll do on a typical day:

• Take ownership of customer needs and work internally on behalf of the customer
• Identify the causes of problems and take appropriate resolution steps
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Escalate issues appropriately
• Enter data accurately for all customer interactions What you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:
  • 1 year of related work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), and other business-related applications It'd be great if you also have:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3 years of customer service experience
    • 1 year of transportation industry experience
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts
    • Familiarity with CRM technology, e.g., Salesforce.com
    • Ability to identify and help implement continuous improvement solutions
