Job DescriptionResponsibilities:As a Customer Service
Representative, your main responsibility is to uncover new business
by engaging with clients.Build, maintain and manage account
relationships through interaction and advocacyUtilize CRM system to
qualify new prospectsProfile and analyze accounts to overcome any
objections and generate quality opportunitiesPresent the value of
our clients services to prospective and existing clientsCollaborate
with internal departments to innovate systems and company
growthOne-on-one sales-based interaction with customers.You Must
Have:BA/BS degree required, or equivalent work experienceCreative,
positive, and high-energy individual with the ability to
executeExcellent verbal communications skillsStrong ability to
respond quickly, yet strategically to urgent mattersRecord of
accomplishments in work or schoolingQualificationsPrevious
experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar
role is preferredComfortable using computersExcellent phone and
verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening
techniques
