Bilingual Customer Service Representative Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (Some OT) Must be flexible with a schedule.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift Pay Rate: $17 per hour Job Description: XL PRO is Looking for a friendly and Professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Someone who can help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about our services, take orders, and process any other task that may be needed in the office. We are a dynamic staffing company with multiple offices all over DFW, and are always seeking experienced talent to join our team! Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Greet walk in customers,
  • Answering Phones,
  • Respond to customer inquires via email, phone and in person.
  • Processing Orders.
  • Handling Customer Complaints.
  • Light Bookkeeping, Scanning Documents, Data Entry.
  • Ability to Multi-Tast and stay organized.
  • Keeping the area clean and organized. Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
    • Must be a Team Player.
    • Must be Bilingual
    • High Attention to Details.
    • 3-5 Years of Office Experience.
    • Must have computer skills, (Office, Google docs, Adobe etc)
    • Must know how to use Multi Phone line systems.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Resume and interview is required for this position.
