to hire an exemplary Customer Care Supervisor to coach a team of
associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The
customer care supervisor will monitor a highly transactional day of
work assignments to ensure required service levels and
organizational targets are being met. Trains and motivates the team
as to enhance and retain good customer relationships. This position
will play a collaborative role in growing and implementing standard
policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications
(Education)
- High School Diploma or suitable equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in related position
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced
environment
- Strong people skills
- Support and motivate others

- Ability to communicate clearly
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skillsTasks, Responsibilities
- Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer care
operation
- Guide customer care team towards attaining departmental and
organizational goals
- Providing fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards
performance expectations and goals
- Determine work procedures, work schedules, and workflow for
customer care staff
- Deliver and exceed on all team performance targets
- Providing assistance, guidance, and coaching support as
needed
- Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and
professional manner
- Assessing and maintaining documentation pertaining to customer
care team activities
- Hire and train customer care associates to deliver a world
class customer experience
- Conducting performance evaluations according to established
policies
