* To learn FROM OUR TEAM on how to properly operate a D1 Training facility (this front desk associate should set the bar for how each D1 facility front desk associate meets & greets new people who walk in the door)

* To be held accountable to showing up on time, showing up with the same consistent high energy daily, completing all daily tasks, creating a "World Class First Impression" for all new people who walk in the door, & ensuring every person who enters the facility is greeted by name.

* To be poised when meeting & interacting with celebrities & professional athletes---this person must provide the same world class experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door.

* Is always high-energy (even at 5 am & 5 pm)

* Is superb at talking with people (daily interaction with all members at check in & front desk)

* Isn't afraid to answer the phone & talk to strangers

* Isn't afraid to ask questions & get to know people

* Loyal, hard-working, self-starter

* Someone who does the little things well & doesn't take any half measures

* Always follows through & never misses a deadline

* Believes that being early = on-time

* Can "wear multiple hats"

*Daily Tasks---*


* Assist in opening the facility, turning on lights, getting music going, etc.

* Greet EVERY SINGLE member who walks in the door

* Check in all members prior to class

* Stock fridge or front office food items

* Fold towels & stock bathrooms

* Answer phone calls & handle customer support inquiries

* Clean around facility (Bathrooms, front office, weight room, etc)

* Miscellaneous tasks: Be ready to complete other tasks that come up during the day to day of the facility.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
