Req ID:153746General PurposeThe IT Solution Architect - FSV is responsible for use his knowledge and skills in Analyzing internal user needs, design, construct, architect, implement and maintain systems and mobile applications, testing processes, work with cross-functional international teams, interact with all levels of employees and management, problem-solving skills, project management, and ERP Direct Store Delivery and VMS Full Service Vending knowledge especially in the Order to Cash and Full Service vending to Represent CCSWB as Business Process Lead for Vending (FSV) in the CONA Bottlers Committee, Administrator of the Distribution mobile applications, SAP CONA Order To Cash module related to the distribution process, Support tools used for planning FSV routes for distribution, IT Vending Lead for the Reporting and Robot Automation developments, and IT FSV Project Lead in the Innovation initiatives.This role has responsibility for translating business requirements into comprehensive integrated solution designs. This also includes working closely with the CONA organization for solution development, solution configuration, unit testing, integration testing, production stabilization, and other support teams for turn-over, and level 3 operations support as needed. This role will also require collaborating with the CokeOne North America (CONA) organization to understand alignment opportunities with the strategic CONA roadmap. All of these activities need to be performed within the governance and controls framework of the CCSWB IT Software Development Lifecycle methodology and deliver the expected value by driving business productivity and growth of the IT solutions in this area of responsibility.This role must partner with their business counterparts in CCSWB to influence direction and balance challenging trade-offs between scope, time, and budget. This role requires significant experience in delivering the leveraged use of technology, and highly developed communication skills to present to and influence internal IT and business partners.
The incumbent must have the ability to manage multiple process and solutions development initiatives within their functional/technical area(s).
This role will have the ability to create, champion, and drive the development and deployment of new architecture solutions, services and technologies that align with agreed guiding principles, strategy, and destination architecture.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesSolution design and delivery:
Manage business IT requirements associated with the sales and marketing function with a specific focus on Order to Cash and FSV.
Manage the interfaces and dependences between sales orders, delivery, and planning to the manufacturing systems and processes.
This includes the cross-functional review and fit/gap assessment of all requirements, ensuring alignment of architecture solutions across all process/domain areas.
Provide Level 3 SAP (CONA) application support relating to Order to Cash function.
Respond and resolve business tickets in a timely manner or partner with CONA support services to escalate tickets to level 3 as required.
Respond and resolve business tickets in a timely manner or partner with CONA, AC-IT, and software provider to escalate and resolve issues.
Analyze, advise, and test CONA releases related to FSV: raising defects, tracking progress in testing, and ensuring business continuity.
Ensure the performance and reliability of the Order to Cash capabilities on CONA SAP.
Maintain CONA SAP security through user profile management, create and update access permissions, and maintain user accounts.
Work with CONA team to define user requirements, prepare detail specifications, and coordinate system-wide testing updates on CONA SAP new releases.
Provide recommendation for enhancements/changes that may involve custom design, and optional or third-party products to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Order to Cash systems.
Consult users on technology changes that will impact work processes.
Manage all aspects of the development of assigned projects--undertaking projects from original conception through final implementation.
Lead process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
Lead project teams towards solutions that align with agreed guiding principles, strategy, and destination architecture.
Identify project impacts on Business Process Models.
Design solutions that ensure the most sustainable, flexible, and cost appropriate solutions and technology platforms.
Ensure documentation, delivery, and governance follows standard architecture management process and produces expected results.
Other responsibilities include VMS, Osapiens, Easitrax/Vend-Prime/Vend-Smart, VendSys.
Client Relationship Management:
Engages with Business counterparts to remain informed on business objectives and priorities.
May be expected to deliver programs/projects that cross functional client areas and have more than one business sponsor, representing different business functions.
Serves as a subject matter expert in the solutions and capabilities for area(s) of responsibility.
Provides subject matter expert input into the Development of a multi-year IT Roadmap for area(s) of responsibility.
Maintains positive and trusted working relationships with all business and internal stakeholders.
Solutions Support:
Provides level 2 support for all CONA and non-CONA applications within functional area.
Builds and maintains relationships that motivate, guide, and/or reinforce the best practice use of IT solutions.
Develops self and others to improve performance in current role and to prepare for future roles; seeks and provides feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
Photo Recognition and Augmented reality application support.
Sales Force Automation (SFA) - Support and design.
SAP OTC - DSD/FSV (Direct Store delivery and Full Service Vending) Support and Design.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Maintains influential knowledge of industry trends / innovations in strategic areas of importance.Qualifications

  • B.S. or B.A. in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related business process area required
  • IT Related Master's degree preferred
  • SAP Certification SD preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in SAP SD - OTC / DSD roles as technical and functional role, preferably in an SAP ECC / S4HANA.
  • FSV VMS experience preferred.
  • Experience in Enterprise Integration, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Mobility, Service Oriented Architecture, and Innovative Solutions.
  • Preferred experience in setting technical direction. A recognized expert in technology implementation, planning and complex system integration, with experience in communicating strategy to business and industry.
  • A track record of delivering strategic solutions in the areas of Supply Chain and Procurement.
