Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Patient Engagement
Specialist for a remote position in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to eligible members daily to inform them about the
company's services and enroll them in the program
Build strong relationships with members, demonstrating empathy and
understanding their needs
Provide telephonic support, triage member needs, and connect them
with the care team as necessary
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
2-5 years of experience in healthcare client success or a highly
consultative/sales role
Experience using Zendesk or a similar customer management
platform
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Knowledge of best-in-class customer service practices
