Job Description:

A company is looking for a Research Scientist.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in the execution and delivery of analyses in health economics, comparative effectiveness, performance measure development and testing, outcomes research, and epidemiology
Perform descriptive and advanced statistical analyses using large patient and/or claims databases
Develop and author study reports, scientific publications, conference abstracts, and posters

Required Qualifications:

MA/MS or PhD in epidemiology, data science, health economics, health policy, pharmacy administration, public health, statistics, or related discipline
3+ years of consulting, healthcare, or pharmaceutical/device industry experience
Broad technical knowledge of computational science, including applied statistics, econometrics, predictive modeling, and/or AI/machine learning theory and methods
Proficiency in statistical software packages such as SAS, R, Python, and/or STATA
Experience presenting research results at scientific conferences and/or a record of peer-reviewed publications
