Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Representative to
support contract management activities within the National Security
Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and evaluate major proposals and contracts
Participate in negotiations and resolve complex contractual
issues
Review and analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to identify
contract risks
Required Qualifications
BA degree with 4-8 years or Master's/Juris Doctor with 2-6 years of
relevant experience
Knowledge of various contract types (e.g., T&M, FFP, Cost
Plus)
Experience with Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure
Agreements
Strong background in Federal Acquisition Regulations
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for SCI Clearance or Final TS/SCI
Clearance
