Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Underwriter (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide underwriting support related to the issuance of real estate
title insurance commitments and policies
Utilize underwriting standards and guidelines to underwrite title
insurance issuance
Guide company personnel in the performance of real estate
settlement services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
1-4 years of title underwriting experience
Familiarity with real estate law
General knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to real
estate title insurance
Understanding of underwriting real estate transactions for title
insurance policies
