Job Description:
A company is looking for an Academic Assistant for Student
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing verification requests and maintaining
operational workflows for student services
Collaborate with academic and administrative offices to support
stakeholder success and improve service delivery
Support Registrar's Office teams in cross-functional workflows
related to student services and record management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is recommended
1-2 years of experience in a medium to large research institution,
preferably in a Registrar's Office
Experience with operational workflows related to transcripts and
verification processes
Familiarity with state and federal laws, including FERPA
Knowledge of operational best practices in a dynamic setting
