A company is looking for a Claims Excellence Leader in Employee
Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Claims Excellence strategy, focusing on
Quality, Training, Vendor/TPA Engagements, and Policies &
Procedures
Oversee quality assurance of claims processing to ensure compliance
and accuracy
Manage relationships with vendors and third-party administrators,
ensuring adherence to service level agreements
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or Group Insurance
Claims
5+ years of leadership experience in team management
Experience in Claims functions such as Quality Assurance, Training,
Vendor/TPA Engagements, and Policies/Procedures
Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
Proven track record of innovative problem solving
