Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advisor, Supporter Engagement and
Fundraising.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee strategies for mass market supporter retention
and fundraising programs, primarily through direct mail
Lead the execution of direct response marketing campaigns and
streamline processes to maximize fundraising effectiveness
Monitor budget and key performance metrics, providing
recommendations for campaign strategies based on analysis
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, plus at
least 5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in direct mail and fundraising
Proven leadership and management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
