A company is looking for a Tools & Process Enablement Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Own the global tools and process enablement strategy including
launches, reinforcement, and ongoing hygiene
Create tools and process enablement materials
Partner with stakeholders to align change management initiatives
with business goals
Required Qualifications:
16+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or
related discipline
8+ years of experience with go-to-market workflows and sales
productivity tools
Extensive experience leading global sales enablement
initiatives
Strong operational background with data-driven decision-making
skills
Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a high
threshold for ambiguity
