Job Description:
A company is looking for an HCC PRN Coder.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and code diagnostic information in patient medical
records
Ensure compliance with ICD-10 CM, reimbursement policies, and
accreditation guidelines
Maintain a coding accuracy rate of 95% or higher
Required Qualifications
AHIMA or AAPC certified credentials (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC,
etc.)
A minimum of 1 year of HCC coding experience while certified
Full understanding of ICD-10, medical terminology, and disease
processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office without training
