Job Description:
An information technology and services company is in need of a
Remote Service Desk Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Interacting via telephone, e-mail and one on one with customers
Resetting passwords
Providing first level contact and conveying resolutions to
customer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
6+ months experience in a Service Desk or technical support
role
1+ years of customer service experience in a professional
industry
High school diploma
Active Directory Experience
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Desktop and Laptop hardware support experience
