Job Description The Weekend Concierge, responsible for Light Maintenance and Porter duties, will work within our Senior Community Living division on property assets ranging in size from 200 units in the Arlington, Texas area and reports to the Business Office Manager.We are looking for a competent Light Maintenance/Porter/Driver to undertake front desk activities on behalf of Operations Management. The successful candidate will effectively organize the reception area, remove trash, greet guests and residents, drive residents, light housekeeping duties, report large maintenance issues to Director, and be the go to person with our community. This person has responsibility for light maintenance and reporting site issues to management plus some porter duties. This position will cover the SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DAYTIME SHIFT FROM 7am to 7pm - PART TIME, 15 to 20 hours per week!Responsibilities

• Greets guests and residents
• Get to know residents and their preferences for interactions
• Keep abreast of the property status
• Repair minor issues around the community
• Report major maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director
• Take out trash around the community
• Keep the community looking neat and clean
• Driving residents to off site locations
• Answer phone calls when needed
• Relay messages and transfer calls to residents and employees
• Other duties as assignedSkills
  • Proven working experience in customer service roles
  • Understanding of minor maintenance repairs
  • Knowledge of senior living communities
  • Basic understanding of MS Office
  • Exquisite phone etiquette
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Valid driver's license for errands and transporting residentsJob Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE
