Job Description:

The Procurement Strategy & Business Intelligence (PSBI) team is responsible for procurement, supply chain, and data analytics in support of engagements in Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice. The Supply Chain Analyst will support the PSBI Supply Chain workstream to provide organizational synergies to increase both the efficiency of the procurement lifecycle and the satisfaction of the internal client. The Analyst will work directly with the PSBI functional groups and client engagement teams to support strategy initiatives, monitor KPIs and provide full support for Deloitte's evolving sourcing requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role is positioned directly between the procurement team and the internal client teams and will be supporting both the Procurement PMO team and Supply Chain team. The responsibilities after the initial training period are listed below.

• Track tasks on daily basis and provide feedback on system or process improvements
• Maintain strong data integrity within multiple systems
• Expeditiously route new requirements to appropriate team members
• Organize, maintain, and monitor system information
• Submit procurement requests in the procurement system and monitor approval workflows
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other Deloitte teams
• Assist in the development of processes to improve supplier performance and support the development and implementation of strategic solutions.

    Education & Experience Required:
    
    • Minimum 1 year of related experience
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - including Teams, PowerPoint, and OneNote
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
      Preferred Education & Experience:
      
      • Advanced SharePoint experience
      • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition lifecycle to include FAR, DFARS, and other agency specific requirements
      • Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or an equivalent field
      • Industry certification (i.e. PMP, CSCP, CPSM, SCPro, Six Sigma)
        The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $48790 to $89850.
