The Operational Rsk Assoc Anlst II is a developing professional role. This role identifies policy and applies specialty knowledge in monitoring and assessing processes and data. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.Responsibilities:This position will provide QA monitoring support for business partners in conjunction with Compliance, Credit Risk and CBORC enhancing testing to cover critical Regulations and support other Monitoring metrics. - Monitor results that could be an indicator of emerging risk. -The primary objectives of the Operational Risk Associate Analyst will include;

• Familiar with Mortgage -Servicing products, programs, and processes.
• Ensure QA Procedures are up-to-date with Regulatory and Contractual Guidelines.
• Maintain timelines to achieve month end deliverables to Management.
• Ensure a consistent level of program knowledge by continuously striving to surpass current understanding with Regulatory mandates and Reputational Risk.
• Work with your business partners and peers to drive towards common QA platform and tools across all business lines.
• Increase ownership with all actions and hold self and/or peers accountable for results. -
• Actively engage in program development, expanding QA coverage, utilizing account level review, and systemic testing covering key processes. -
• Create and foster a trusting and engaging work environment. - Lead by example and guarantee a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect. -
• Ensures BAU policies and procedures meet regulatory and business obligations
  • Qualifications:
  • College Degree preferred
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Experienced with report reconciliation and various loan data systems
  • Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior levels of management and/or stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Willingness to ask questions, challenge the status quo and seek out answers
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various analyses or reviews
  • Must be highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Access utilizing advanced features.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across business units and key functional support areas.
