A company is looking for a Real Time Analyst - Lead Workforce
Management Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor real-time queues and manage transactions across multiple
lines of business
Analyze call trends and provide recommendations for staffing and
strategy adjustments
Lead daily performance reviews and communicate updates to internal
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of call center experience
Intermediate expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Experience with call center tools and workforce management
software
