Need someone who has experience working in IT systems, understand data flow, while also having an understanding of CCPA/CPRA regulations.

Have to analyze the data for CCPA compliance and work with core CCPA group on client side to gather requirements with respect to any gaps identified after documenting analysis of data.

Project Scope:

- Map organizational data flow for Do Not Sell/Share across enterprise (including internal & external applications).

- Map organizational data flow for Do Not Market across enterprise ( including internal & external applications).

- Identify data issues, potential compliance gaps and improvement areas.

- Classify applications that consume / process this data into Marketing vs Non-Marketing.

- Classification of vendors managing applications (3rd party vs Service Providers).

- Create a Data Lineage for critical attributes - Privacy related.

- Develop a high-level optimum org data flow for the two flags ( DNSS, DNM)

- Create business value proposition that communicates benefits / value and risks.

- Create a project implementation roadmap to achieve the desired results - i.e. separation of the flags and remain privacy compliant.
